Deposit & Cancellation Policy
At Too Candid, we’re dedicated to ensuring your event experience is seamless and unforgettable. To clarify our policies, please take note of the following:
Non-Refundable Deposit: Please be aware that the initial deposit made to secure our services is non-refundable. A non-refundable deposit of $175.00 or 25% of the total package price (whichever is higher) is required at the time of booking. This deposit secures our services exclusively for your event, ensuring our dedicated attention to your special day and allows for the necessary preparation we make in advance. The remaining balance of your booking fee is due seven days (7) prior to your event date. We kindly ask for your prompt payment to finalize the arrangements and guarantee a smooth, stress-free experience for you and your guests.
Custom Backdrop Requests: If you desire a custom backdrop for your event, please note that this may require a higher deposit. Customization adds an extra layer of personalization to your experience.
Cancellation Policy: To make changes to your event date or cancel without any financial loss, we kindly ask for a notice at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled event. Failure to do so will result in the loss of privileges to reschedule and forfeiture of all monies paid.
